Core structure and working principle
Plug section:
Insulated shell: usually made of flame-retardant PC or nylon material, common colors include white, black, and blue.
Metal terminal: The core conductive component, usually made of phosphor bronze or brass, has good elasticity and conductivity, and is plated with tin or gold on the surface. There is a spring clamping structure on the terminal.
Operation hole/push rod: There is a small hole next to each wiring position for inserting a dedicated wire picking tool (usually included with the terminal), pressing down the internal spring plate to release the wire.

Workflow (wiring):
Inserting wires: Insert solid wires with stripped ends (usually 7-10mm) or multi stranded wires with cold pressed ends directly into the corresponding holes of the plug vertically until there is a "click" sensation or the insertion cannot continue. The internal spring plate will firmly clamp the wire.
Pulling out the wire: Insert the dedicated wire picking tool into the operating hole, press open the spring plate, and the wire can be easily pulled out.
Precautions for use
Be sure to use the correct wire type: it is strongly recommended to use solid wires or install tubular pre insulated cold pressed ends for multi stranded wires. Directly inserting untreated multi strand flexible cords is the main cause of poor contact and malfunction.
Do not use beyond specifications: It is strictly prohibited to connect loads that exceed the rated current.
Proper use of tools: When disassembling, be sure to use the matching wire picking tool and do not pry hard with sharp objects to avoid damaging the spring.
Confirm in place: When inserting the wire, make sure it is fully inserted until you feel significant resistance.
